Casing Pal Tool
The Casing Pal tool is designed to work with drill through casing drivers or as a stand alone tool for other methods.

The Cutters
Are easy to replace, just remove two pins from the body and slide in a new set of cutters. The spherical design assists the cutters to drill the side of a rock or boulder.
Operation
The cutters automatically open when reaching the pilot hole below the casing and retract when pulled back into the casing. It is not necessary to stop
circulation or rotation. System works with air or fluid circulation systems.
